Contract for Limousine Service
This agreement is a contractual agreement between Rock star Limo’s Plus LLC (owner—Wesley Cooper, aka, rock star Limo) and  (client/customer). This contract has been prepared by RockStar Limo’s plus LLC and reflects the mutual
agreement of both parties.

*Please read the following:   RockStar Limos plus is not liable for any harm that occurs to any person on bus due to any abnormal behavior, or from being under the influence of drugs or alcohol at any time.  Customer’s name on this
contract is responsible for the people they have in the bus or limo at any time and any damage or harm they may cause to themselves or the bus.  The hourly service begins when the driver arrives at the pickup location. If the driver arrives
early, Rockstar Limousines will still continue service until the end time and not the exact hours. If the customer chooses to be dropped off before original time of the drop off, they will still pay the agreed hourly fee. The driver will be on time,
but if the driver is running late do to traffic or unforeseen problems he will call the client to let them know, and will still get their full time starting on arrival. There is a maximum of 60 miles on a booking from Pickup to Drop Off unless
specified above (Other Notes). Rockstar limos does not do individual drop offs at any time, only group drop offs unless specified above (Other Notes).
In addition to the hourly rate for the vehicle and the driver, any damage in excess of usual use and wear of the vehicle will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Assessment of charges is at the sole discretion of Rockstar Limousines
(not the driver) and its experience as to chauffeured transportation and normal wear of the vehicles, its decision is final. A manager will be dispatched if necessary and an emergency manager dispatch fee will be incurred by the client equal
to the minimum damage/ cleaning fee. Some examples for a manager to be dispatched are: damage, unruly behavior, illegal activity, etc. Rockstar Limo can conclude it’s services if belligerent behavior, smoking, or use of illegal activities do
occur during the service.   

If the reservation is made on behalf of a company, both the signer and the company are obligated for payment and both may be pursued for collection or legal action. Signature of the party hiring the chauffeured transportation, at the
bottom of this agreement constitutes full and complete agreement and understanding of said party and his or her responsibility in returning the vehicle to Rockstar Limousines in the same condition as when received.
Rockstar Limousines, its agents, and assigns are hereby released from all claims of loss, injury or damage to anything or any person. Rockstar Limousines, its agents and assigns are released from any and all damages that may occur
directly or indirectly to the vehicle owned or rented by Rockstar Limousines during the term of this agreement, except those claims arising out of negligence attributable to Rockstar Limousines, its agents and assigns.
If customer cancels a reservation they must do so in writing and at least 14 days prior to the date of service in that case they will forfeit only 50% of the total reservation. If the cancellation is made less than 14 days the customer is
responsible for the entirety of the reservation amount. All deposits are non-refundable and the customer understands that credit card authorizations can and will be used as payment. The following are examples that are grounds for
contractual termination by Rockstar Limousines during the contractual period. They include, but are not limited to:  Any illegal activity as stated by Federal, State, or Local laws. Termination of this contract is at the full discretion of Rockstar
Limousines based upon the statements below.

1. No smoking of any kind. If caught that person will be asked to get off the bus, if we can’t find the person or persons responsible it can terminate the service for everyone, no refund.
2. You are responsible for your trash at the end of the night, there will be a minimum $50 charge for excessive clean up and spills, the driver will approve the bus for the person it's booked from.
3. Any damages you cause to bus or it's equipment will be charged to your credit card and can terminate the service, no refund.
4. Illegal use of drugs or underage drinking will terminate your service, no refund
5. Fighting and obsessive belligerent behavior may terminate service, no refund.
6.  There will be a minimum clean up fee of $100.00 resulting from illness inside the party bus  charged to credit card.
7.  RockStar limos have the authority to conclude services if you are exceeding your time of rental and has another commitment with other customers.
8.  If you are 10 min. passed your drop off time we  may start charging in 30 min. increments of the hourly rate.
9. Threatening the driver in any way can terminate the service.

The customer is providing his credit card to Rockstar Limousines over the phone. The customer will provide a valid credit card number and will be charged $100.00 to serve as a reservation deposit.
Both the customer/client and the owner agree to each point of the above contractual agreement.
